BQ40Z50-R2: using combination 4series groups of 4 parallel cells

My application uses a purchased battery pack that consists of 16 Panasonic NCR18650B cells configured 4 groups of 4 cells in parallel that are connected in series providing approximately 12000 mAH capacity. I an presently attempting the design with the BQ40Z50-R2. The BQ Studio contains data for the single cell. When cells are in parallel, does the selected data from the library require scaling?

Is this a good application to obtain fuel gauging and cell balancing, or would you recommend a different configuration of chips.
