After the software configuration is completed, charging and discharging MOS cannot be opened through the FET_EN command. Is it about software configuration or the welding of the hardware circuit?

    Hi,

    You have tripped CHGC and I see that your current is set to 32767mA. If you are using your own board, it means that there's a voltage across SRP, SRN that is causing this issue. If you have changed the fw settings, please reprogram the defaults or reprogram the fw.

    Thanks for your answer. I have checked  my board and found something wrong with the sense resistor. Now I can turn on the MOS normally and have successfully conducted discharge detection on the battery. But even if the charging MOS  is turned on, it cannot be charged. The voltage across pack+ and pack- is 3V larger than the actual 4-series battery. What happened?

    Hi,

    The chg pump is supposed to keep it 10V higher than PACK to allow full turn on. If it doesn't do that, and if there's no error indicated in the bqstudio registers, please check your FUSE pin to make sure that it's grounded. If that's not the issue, it's got to do with your board design.
