BQ24650: 1s lithium ion/polymer and 1s lifepo4 battery charge with 20W solar panel

Hi there,

I want to make 1s 9p lithium ion/polymer and 1s 4p lifepo4 batery pack. And i want to fast charge them with BQ24650.I have 20W 9V solar panel.

I'm gonna buy a BQ24650 EVM.

My question is the can i do this with EVM? or should i make a new board. 

If i want to make a new design which reference design that i should choose?
