During normal charging conditions, if TS is changed to outside the operating range (~ 0.3V or 2.1V), charge to the battery is disabled but the CHG pin remains low indicating charge is not disabled. It appears that the only conditions where the CHG pin indicates the correct charge state is if Vin < UVLO or if charge is disabled via the CE pin.  

Is this normal behavior?
