Ok thank you. I want to say when pin3 Vin and pin1 Gnd short-circuited.The device(TPS54202) is damaged immediately.So I want to know that are there any good solutions or other IC recommendations?Thanks!

How are VIN and GND shorted?

I think you can add an TVS between VIN and GND to solve this issue.
