Hi All:

I found a strange phenomenon in BQ25601D or BQ25619. When charger switch from trcikle charge to constant current charge, the Q4 will trun off about 100us. In my opinion, from TC to CC, the Q4 can not turn off but still regulation the Q4 gate with soft start to increase the charge current slowly. Could you please explain the reason to me? Thanks a lot. Hope to get your response.

I also attache the wave of SW and IBAT as below figure, you can see when charger switch from TC to CC, the IBAT will reduce to zero, then restart the Q4, meanwhile, the IBAT will have a overshoot with a strong Q4 gate drive.
