BQ76920: Thermistor current switching

Is the thermistor current switched with the thermistor register or is it switched on/off quickly as needed? If it’s switched quickly, what is the timing?

Hi Jatan,

The timing is outlined in this app note: http://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/slua775

The thermistor bias is enabled 37.5 ms before the measurement begins and is disabled after the measurement window. You can observe this on a scope on one of the TS pins that is enabled for temperature measurement.
