in the  BQ24650EVM-639 ,What are the functions of R1,R2?How to select parameters?Is it related to the input power or the output power?

    Hi David,

    R1 and R2 in parallel are approx. 2ohm and, along with C4, are used to damp voltage ringing when the input source hot plugged.  If not damped, a high voltage power source could ring up over the charger's abs max at plug in and damage the charger and/or the input FETs.
