LP8860-Q1: Will LP8860 generate big current?

Part Number: LP8860-Q1

Dear TI Experts

My customer is using LP8860-q1 to drive the center control screen on the car,    four channels.  100mA ,eight LED  per channel.

They have done many test  including the aging test and on car test  before sending it to the car dealer~

At the car dealer, five abnormal cases occured, the phenomenon is one of the four channels LED short, which lead to the screen flash

By analysing the LED, it is the big current that cause the short phenomenon~

I'd like to know  is it possible that LP8860  generates a large current? Or can you give any suggestion about it? If need the Schematic and Config, I can send you an Email

By the way , we find a strange phenomeon. When power off, the LEDKs voltage rise to 30V(LEDK each channel voltage)。

Need your comments on it,Thank you very much~
