Hai:
The capacitor will make a sound when current is High. The current has a resonant waveform of 7.4KHz. I want to know why the wave of 7.4KHz form, and how to solve the sound of current.
Hope you can help me. Thank you.

Hi,
Sorry that I can't open the file with Altium, wha't the PCB software you use? you can upload image as below:
1. Component silk overlay+top layer
2. Component silk overlay+bottom layer
3. Component silk overlay+other mid layer with important traces of converter
Hi:
After two days verification. I have solved the problem. When you look at the first picture I had upload, you will find Inductance of 100UH and Capacitance of 4.7UF are not matched. When I change Larger capacity of capacitance . Capacitabce has no noise, and the wave of Capacitance is very good. Thank you.
Good Practice!
Pls double check if the SW node waveform is stable at full load and at low ambient temp.
