TPS82130: What EMI benefits we can expect?

Hello,

I'm not familiar with the MicroSiP module products, but I'd like to know what EMI benefits we can expect.
In general, I believe that smaller the loop and the antenna area, fewer the EMI.

I have one basic question, does the TPS82130 inductor have noise suppression package?

If there are other EMI beneficial tips on the TPS82130, it is helpful to be shared.

Hi Sawamoto-san,

The inductor in the TPS82130 module is shielded.

You are right that the TPS82130 enables a very compact layout that minimizes current loops for better noise performance.

Sawamato-san,

Upon digging further, I found some information that indicates that the inductor in the TPS82130 is shielded. Let me double check with the original design team and I will give you an update here shortly.

I received confirmation that the TPS82130 uses a standard chip inductor that is shielded. I hope this information helps.
