Hi,
We are using BQ24780S Charger IC in our custom board. When the power supply of 19VDC is provided the gate drive Voltage (ACDRV) is found to zero and also zero in CMSRC pins. The ACDRV Gate Drive voltage is only around 6V (and not 25V) and it is trying to become high for seven times. After seven times try, it goes permanent low.
We had checked all conditions for ACDRV issues like ACDET > 2.4V, VCC > UVLO, and other conditions mentioned in the datasheet. But all conditions had met as per the datasheet. Kindly let me know for any other condition that holds ACDRV low.
