Hi team,

Could you let me know TI alternative for M81748FP?

Customer consider the price. I'd like to replace that.

End equipment is IH cooking heater.

    Hi, Sato-san,

    There are two options to replace this.

    The UCC21540 is a half-bridge driver that can support higher voltages thanks to the DWK package option. It does not have DESAT or Miller Clamp like the competitor's part does. If you don't need the higher voltages, you can also use 

    The other option is to use ISO5451 which is a single gate driver, but includes both DESAT and Miller Clamp.
