TPS63020: Maximum output current calculation of Buck & Boost

The Isw list in the datasheet is 3500mA@Vin=3.6V. But it will change with varied Vin. So we often have typical character as "Chapter 6.6 ". Unfortunately, I have no more data for Vout=5V about TPS63020. 

If your application is Vin=3.3V, Vout=5V, I'll recommend the TPS63802 for you. It's our new device, and it could support 2A load based the test with EVM.

That is ok but i did not get answer of my query. I want to calculate Imax for a particular input and output volatge and for that i need one parameter known as Ilim, please let me know from where can i get this?

Sorry that we only has the data of current limit @ VIN=VINA=3.6V It will change for different VIN. It could be a reference for Vin=3.3V, but I afraid it's not exactly same value. ( For the new part, we have more massive data.) 

Once we get the Isw, the maximum load current could be calculated as: Io=Eff*Vin*Iin/Vout, and Iin=Isw-0.5ΔI for the boost mode as Vin smaller than Vout. ΔI is the current ripple of the inductance.

For the new part TPS63802, can you please share the max out continuous current, efficiency, Isw, transient current for the following use cases.

Vin=3.3V, Vout=3.8V,

Vin=3.6V, Vout=3.8V,

Vin=4.2, Vout=3.8V

And what's the "transient current" you talking about? Is it for pulse load?
