The VOUT_MARGIN_HIGH and VOUT_MARGIN_LOW commands do not have NVM back-up. They cannot be stored.
Th invalid command is likely coming from the fusion address scan. By default, it scans several different commands like IC_DEVICE_ID, DEVICE_CODE, IC_DEVICE_CODE, some of which are MFR commands for other TI parts. The "invalid command" will be seen whenever a command which is not supported by TPS53622 is being polled.
