LP5012EVM: I2C DATA always LOW

My customer has some problem on the LP5012EVM as listed below. Could you help us?

I2C_DATA is always LOW when USB2ANY and the LP5012EVM is connected. The 3.3V is not supplied from USB2ANY. They don't communicate any data.
When the LP50GUI startup, the firmware is upgraded. On the other hand, when the USB2ANY explorer startup, the firmware is downgraded.
When the bat file is tried to run as administrator, the error such as "Not found manifest files" is appeared and the bat can not continue to the next process.

Additionally, the customer has already checked the connection refer to the following thread, but it seems to be correct.
