Hello,
Is there any good negative output LDO solution which can output higher than -1.2V(e.g. -0.7V) of TPS723 limitation?
Thanks in advance.

Hello Shinya,
I searched TI's website for negative linear regulators that can go higher than 1.2V, but I did not locate any.
This type of request is not new. One technique that is published requires floating the linear regulator to achieve an output voltage less than +1.2V or more than -1.2V, depending on whether your linear regulator is positive or negative.
Please see the following app note for details on this technique. Page 7, figure 3, gives a schematic example for a positive linear regulator but the technique can be used for a negative linear regulator as well.
Thanks,
- Stephen
Hello Shinya,
There is a better reference document that I would like provide on this topic.
This concept may work better for your application, and does not require a floating linear regulator.
