I'm tracking down an answer and will respond with an update as soon as possible.

This value is not included on the datasheet since space is a vacuum and junction-to-ambient values don't really apply without an atmosphere. If the customer desires this value for earthbound testing, I am not able to provide you with the exact value since we do not currently have access to the data taken for this part. However, I can provide you with a good approximation based on the TPS50601-SP.
The junction-to-ambient thermal resistance for this similar part is 24.6 °C/W, which should be nearly the same as what it is for the TPS50601A-SP since both parts have the same package and dissipate similar amounts of power.
