TPS543C20: Please help to design the schematic

Hi expert,

We want to use TPS543C20 for our design.

Vin=12V Vout=0.8V Iout(max)=30A, (Dynamic load 0-50%, 50-100%, over all AC+DC regulation: 0.8V +/- 5%.)

I use Webench and the static out put ripple is too big.

Could you kindly help to design? Let us know the inductor value output caps and Rramp value.

    The TPS543C20    WEBENCH design has capability to customize your design for your ripple and transient requirements. You should see options called Max Vout Ripple, Max Vout Transient, Iout Trans Load step text boxes on the left side inside the design to tune the design to your requirements.

    With a 50% load step, the shared design has Vout ripple of ~10mV, Vout undershoot of ~15mV, and Vout tolerance of 4mV. Giving it a total of 29mV. Which is less than 5% (40mV) of 0.8V.

    Please take a look at the design below and customize it to your needs. Once you are comfortable with the design, run simulations to check if those are being met.
