Hi,

How long does it take from exceeding current limit value to asserting ST pin?

And, is the time depended on temperature?

Please let me know for our reference.

    Hello,

    The ST pin should have the same deglitch time as the CS pin has which is the 150us. I do not believe there should be a significant temperature dependence on this.

    However the great thing about the device is that setting the current limit to an appropriate level means the device will be protected during an overload event and does not have to be externally turned off by an MCU.
