My customer is looking for the theta JC and theta JB for TPSM84824MOLR, can you share these values?

    Hi Renan,

    Please refer to this attached thread for my reply on the values. In summary, there are no available thetaJC and thetaJB data for the TPSM84824. Available in the datasheet are the thermal metrics for the device (Section 6.4). The Psi values may be more appropriate to estimate thermal performance of the part following the app note that is detailed in the attached thread.
