i've been asked by Customer as below.

1. How much is the thermal resistance in case of soldering coverage 0% (RθJA)

2.what is the equation to see how much is the thermal by using "W"(wattage)

what parameter are there needed to calc ?

could you give me the equation as well example (Vcc=〇〇〇、.....= Pd is.... )

This explains how to use the values from the datasheet for thermal considerations.
