Does bq27421 Update Status value become 03 after learning cycle? According to my test, it is keep 0.
However Ra table and Qmax value is updated. Is it correct operation that Update status keeps 0?
How should we judge whether learning cycle was successfully?
Is it Update status value or "QMAX_UP" and "RES_UP" bit of CONTROL_STATUS?
