I am using EMB1499 & EMB1428 for a 48V pack solution with 3.3V cell voltage. But I am facing a heating issue in transformer can you please suggest what might be the issue that is creating heat in transformer.

Are you using the EM1402 EVM or your own design?

We are using our own design but ref. is taken from EMB1402 EVM

Hello,

We haven't seen that issue before. I would recommend to review the "Application Hints" section of the EMB1499Q datasheet, as it has recommendations and explanation of how each component value is chosen: http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/emb1499q.pdf
