BQ28Z610: Cannot communicate with BqStudio over I2C bus

I have an EV2400 connected to the fuel gauge in my battery pack. I get the following error when trying to read the gauge (I can read other fuel gauges such as the BQ27541-200, but not this one).

If you see this error, please close bqstudio and reopen it.

I have tried that. That did NOT fix the problem.

I have also tried this on other users' computers and it still does not work. I get the same error.

Hi Tom,

You can disable the dashboard by clicking on the green bar or you can uninstall and reinstall bqstudio. Either of those should fix it.
