Part Number: BQ25883
Hello,
I'm currently designing a board around a BQ25883 and will be providing it power from a bench supply capable of the 3A input limit seen with USB DCP. Will simply shorting D+ to D- tell the device that the source is a DCP, or are there additional steps required?
D+/D- will not be used in any other portions of this circuit.
