I am using UCC27201AD. Is it possible to supply logic voltages of 15V at LI, HI inputs?

    Hello Yaron,

    The UCC27201A HI and LI inputs are rated for Abs Max of up to 20V. Since the VDD is also rated for 20V Abs Max and 17V recommended maximum, I would recommend that the HI and LI recommended operating voltage is also limited to 17V. The 15V on LI and HI is OK for the UCC27201A.
