Thank you Stephen! A follow on question, the TPS7A33 should work fine at -18V -> -15V @1A as long as thermals are taken into consideration, correct? I see ~31-33 for thetaj-A, so assuming 99C temp rise and 150C TJ, as long as TA < 50C we should be fine I think.

I will reply back soon regarding your WEBENCH question, but I wanted to comment on your other questions first.

You will want to keep the total temperature of the design at or below 125C, which will aid in the design process and help your design function for much longer. 
Operating at high temperatures is known to reduce the lifetime of electrical components, and LDO's are no exception.
Furthermore the specifications in the datasheet are specified up to 125C max, so anything beyond this temperature will require you to confirm the LDO meets your needs.  It just makes it easier to design in a component if you can keep the temperature below the recommended max (in this case, 125C).

The 31-33 C/W thermal resistance may be a bit high in your application, but it depends on how you design your board layout.  I highly recommend reviewing the following app notes if you plan on operating with 3W dissipation across the LDO.  30 minutes reviewing these documents can go a long way to successfully designing in your LDO.

I am able to reproduce the issue. It looks like there is invalid character input validation failure which makes it unable to change any inputs. We will take a look and issue a fix as soon as possible. Appreciate your patience on this!
