Hi we recreated the thermal numbers for this device this year, please find the following numbers for 3 pin PK package:

Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value)	45.4
Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value)	90.4
Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value)	9.9
Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value)	5.9
Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value)	9.7
Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value)	7.9

Unfortunately, we don't have the PSI JC. What's the reason you need the PSI JC?
