I have checked the test's program, and our test condition is between 4.5V and 18V, because we think the range can satisfy most application.

So could you tell me why you need the parameter from 18 to 40.

If you have a big order and need the parameter urgently, you can communicate my e-mail and we can provide a supernumerary test.

Vcs_reg is within [93.5 110]mV @4.5V~36V.

You can use it in your application.
