No the BQ2057W has not been tested to IEC 62368.

Your IC doesn't need to pass the whole requirement of IEC 62368, we just want to check with you whether your IC has been tested and pass the Annex G.2 of IEC 62368-1: 2018;

Sorry but the device has not been tested to Annex G.2 or any portion of IEC62368.
