    If we Insert adapter，but didn't Install battery. Does the STAT pin Blinking？thanks

    HI.

    Yes.  This charger has a battery detect circuit as explained in datasheet section 9.3.15 Battery Detection.  The output capacitor charges up to termination and then falls.  This causes STAT to blink.  The datasheet explains how to add capacitance to disable battery detection.
