Asking for the recommendation on the NVDC charger

 

 

Hi Team,

Customer is looking NVDC charger.

 

Would you please recommend the proper solution based on the requirement?

 

1. support two series battery (voltage 7.5V).

2、suport NVDC . if the adaptor power is not enough, charger can provide the power from adaptor and battery at the same time

    Hi SHH,

    If the input voltage is < 8.4V, then I recommend the BQ25882 in WCSP or BQ25883 in QFN.  If cell balancing is required, then BQ25887.  If no I2C is available then BQ25886.

    If the input voltage is >8.4V, then I recommend the BQ24773.

    If the input voltage can be < or > 8.4V, then BQ25713.
