Hi TI

Bq30z55 low temperature log as attached

Capacity can be released, but RSOC only shows 2%

It's normal at room temperature.

How to solve it?

Hi Jerry,

I see that your dsg is at -2C. Please make sure that your load select in the gg file is set to 1 or 3 or 0. If that doesn't work, please use the GPCRb tool to find out the low temperature coefficients for your cell.

You mentioned three modification values. Which one is more likely to be 0 or 1 or 3?

In the GG file of the problem battery, it is found that there are more than two values of - 900 in the RA table. Is there any problem?

If so, what are the possible causes?

Hi Jerry,

Please use 1 or 3. I can't really say if the Ra values are a problem unless I see the battery log and previous Ra value.
