We have many 1A LDO's, but the issue here is thermal. Ideally, you would want to go with the minimum drop-out so having VIN of 3.3V is better than 5V if VOUT is 1.1V. So from 3.3VIN to 1.1VOUT at 1A, this is 2W of power dissipation. Here are a few LDO's to compare:
