LM25037: Error-Amp Disable

Hi Team,

Customer wants to disable our EA, according to datasheet, we can short FB pin to ground to disable, but cannot understand why it won't go saturated, how it works inside, please kindly help to explain for our customer, thanks a lot!!

    Hi Andrew,

    Learned from datasheet, If FB is connected to ground, the internal error amplifier will be configured as an open-drain output. Thus it won't go saturated.  Here it can not be regarded as a simple amplifier. I also have no idea about  the detail internal structure of this error amplifier and how it works.
