LP87564-Q1: TDA2 OTP

Hi Champs,

the LP87564-Q1 (plus a few more LDOs) is used in a TI document that show a reference power solution for the TDA2P processor.

My question is if there is a orderable version with a preprogrammed OTP to fit the needs for the TDA?

Hi Simon,

I believe LP87565CRNFRQ1 is the specific part number for that processor. I have forwarded this thread to the expert for this device if you have any further questions.

yes we know this part as well but this is not what the customer used in his design for different reasons.

Does this mean there is no version of LP87564 with programmed OTP available?
