Hi,

I am trying to read the Gas Gauging Data from a Bq30z55 using an EV2400 tool and the Gauge Evaluation Software bq.30z554R1. When attempting to read data, I get this message:

Error reading Data Flash Subclass State, Code 2 

Please help

    Hi Sergio

    Are you not able to communicate with the device at all? if you are able to connect to the gauge and bqevsw starts up automatically, you will want to make sure the device is in unsealed and full access mode. If you still run into issue, pls post a screen shot of the bqevsw register screen.
