Hi,

Requirement:

Vin: 3 to 4.35V

Vout: any voltage between 1.8V to 4V

Iout: 1uA to 700mA

I have 3 loads that draw current as low as 1uA (standby/sleep mode) and as high as 700mA (peak/active mode).

I need switching regulators that have high efficiency at very low current 1 uA and peak current at 700mA of the loads. If there is, can you suggest me some part numbers?

Efficiency: 80% to 95% if possible. Any suggestion or advice is welcome.

I highly recommend you have a look at TPS6380x series, like TPS63802, TPS63805. They have high efficiency and low Iq

I saw that there is a wide Vout range. Do you need it dynamic control? If so, we have a application note may help you do the design easier. (It's not only for TPS6380x family but also suitable)
