There is no exact replacement.

It would be possible to increase the LM334's output current with a PNP transistor; see figure 20 of the datasheet.

In addition to the suggestion above. You can try an LM4041-N ADJ in current source configuration for a low cost alternative.

But what is the need for such a high current?

This is for direct replacement of LT3092. The suggested option with LM4041-N cannot provide stability.
