In the UCC27322 datasheet; ("http://focus.ti.com/general/docs/lit/getliterature.tsp?genericPartNumber=ucc27322&fileType=pdf") When CLOAD is 10nF, Figure 11 read from about 5ns, but Figure 9 read from about 20ns.
Which is correct?

Hello Kitano-san,
It looks like the systems engineer and the IC designer made a mistake in the data sheet.
Charge control law I=c*dv/dt calculates the rise and fall time with 4.5A of average current, 10nF capacitive load, and 12V of bias current should have a rise time of 22 ns. This would suggest that figure 9 is correct and figure 11 is incorrect.
Hello Jim,
I am not sure who the IC designer is for this part. Could you track him down and have him remove or correct figure 11?
Also, maybe we should have IC designers on the forum as well. This kind of data sheet error needs to be fixed by the system engineer or IC designer.
It might get done quicker if they were on the forum as well.
Regards,
Mike
There are errors in the daa sheet on the UCC27321/UCC27322 part.
See the attached for the changes circled in RED.
After a second discussion with design engineering group it was identified that there are changes needed to figures 9 and 11 only of the specification for the UCC27321 (SLUS504E). These are shown in the attachment.
