Dear sir / mam

i have done with system to configuration for Alert generation .

following these steps.

1. Manufacturing Status Init.

configuration data in data flash is 0x001F at register 0x40D7

2. Alert1_0 Config -> register 0x413E -> value set 0x01

3. Alert2_0 Config -> register 0x4145 -> value set 0x01

and i read the BatteryStatus() 0x0A/0x0B. and check signal in Alert pin.

Apply voltage by Battery 1 - 11.04 and other battery has 6.5 v . i have operate >5V operation.

but Alert interrupt has not generated.

so please help me.

Hi Anil

pls configure and evaluate the device using our evm and bqstudio first. This will allow you understanding of how the configuration works before attempting to do the configuration using your host.

But i have all configuration set using host . please guide me , battery discharge Alert configuration .

Hi Anil

pls blue wire the comm lines and access the device using bqstudio.

You have to use bqstudio for the initial configuration.
