This is Chloe from BARO TECH.

I purchased 210ea of TPS54821RHLR from TI online shop. (Invoice no. 5436016085)

My customer had CSAM test, they found some delamination in their lead frame before the soldering.

You can see red point through below picture.

My customer just want to know, these delamination can be found in normal products or not.

And also they want you define if the delamination could be an issue in the soldering process.

Please check this and give me a reply as quickly as possible.

First, I want to confirm with you that the bag is sealed with vacuum before CSAM test, right? And how many chips you have found like this?

Thank you for your reply.

We opened sealed packing just before CSAM test.

And we had CSAM test only 36 pcs and 19pcs of them has delamination.

I am sorry but could you please transfer my request to Korea agency directly?

I think nobody wants to support this case because I didn't purchase these chips from them.

So, I hope you request to Korea agency to support us.
