LM53600-Q1: No load power consumption

I answer your question on behalf of Naveen.

We use the buck regulator LM53600LQDSXRRB to convert input voltage from 6V ~ 16V to 5V.

When input voltage is below 6.3V, the buck regulator consumes about 10mA without Load. (measuring by multi-meter).

And when the input voltage is above 6.3V, the buck regulator consumes only 100uA without Load.

It means the quiescent current of the buck regulator does not match with the datasheet when the input voltage is less than 6.3V.

Yes, I can see the switching waveform like as you said.

My concern is how to resolve this issue so that with input voltage less than 6.3V, the buck regulator can go to skip mode for low quiescent current consumption ?
