TLV713: Test data for output short and temperature

Is there test data for output to GND short condition? 

If have, please let me know about two points below;

①Detailed test condition

②Temperature for TLV713 at short testing

    Later today, I would have to confirm if they used a resistive load, or an electronic load set at a constant voltage to generate the below curve:

    The above graph is valid from -40 to 125C.

    What issues are you seeing?

    I have been looking to see if we have data on short circuit response timing over temperature. So far, we do not have these details. What is driving this request?
