Hi all,

I have found the Battery management studio program but I can't find support for the BQ79606A-Q1 EVM in the system.

The datasheet says that I should contant my TI FAE (what is that?) for the updated program but after contacting Arrow they have send me back to ti.com

Is there anyone out there that have this chip supported?

I have the EMV module (3 of them) but I can't find the 'battery management studio' which support the board. (I have found A version of the program, but it don't have support for the BQ79606A-Q1 chip)

see section 4.6 in the manual - it refers to this program but don't say where to get it.

Okay, I've been stuck in a negative feedback loop for 2 days now - I somehow provide 'INVALID' information during the request for this software.

Still waiting.. And my requests keep getting denied without any more specific reason than 'you have provided invalid information'.. What am I supposed to do??

I'm still stuck in limbo - TI is being unresponsive and I haven't gotten hold of the right BQStudio yet.

Anybody out there with a simple test program?
