TPS1HA08-Q1: Enable Pin Simulation Model

Hi Folks,

I'm using the simulation model TPS1HA08C-Q1 PSpice Transient Model from the TI page in Candence PSpice 17.2. Unfortunately I cannot switch on or off the device via EN pin. Has someone noticed anything similar and has a solution?

Hello,

I have not seen this before. Are you putting a voltage source on the Enable pin? Can you show a picture of your setup?

Here is my simulation circuit. I apply the 5V to the pin by a switch which closes after 1s. After 2s I apply a short circuit at the output.
