In my application, there are 10 dry accumulators. The connection mode is 5 in series 2 in parallel.

If a terminal voltage is higher, there will be an inverted current.

I want to use two diodes to prevent the current, but as we kown, there will be 0.3-0.7V wastage in one diodes.

Any one who knows how to use MOS instead of diode to prevent reverse current ?

Hi,

TPS25942 can be used in ORing configuration for low drop in the power path. Please refer Figure 74 in the datasheet and let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Rakesh , thanks for your repply.

The Iq of TP25942 is too large. LM66100 will be better, but the max input range of LM66100 is 5.5V. It's lower than my battery.

If possible, are there any way to take a circuit with discrete compent ?

The input voltage range is so satisfied for my application.

But the quiescent current of my product is lower than 50uA.

LM7470-Q1's Operating quiescent current (EN=High) is 80uA.

In the standby state, I need LM7470 to prevent the reverse current. So the operating quesecent current will exist in the standby state. The current is too large.

Unfortunately, all our devices have IQ_ON in that range only. May be discrete solution would help to meet your target IQ current.
