I wondering is that possible for LM73606-Q1 to have reverse voltage protection in the input node? Such as +12V car battery connected to PGND pin, and PVIN connected to GND panel?

Reverse polarity protection is not built-in to the IC. You can see the absolute max rating for PVIN to PGND is -0.3V. This protection, if required, must be implemented with external circuitry.
