CCS/BQ40Z50: the SOH of BQ40Z50

Dear :

         there is a question when the" Remaining Capacity "rise up to " Full charge Capacity ",then the data of " Remaining Capacity " cann't rise ,

but we can see  the " True Rem Q" is sising when charging is going on.

        so please tell me the reason.
